Dan and I took a special lunch run — fast fast not much time — over to Kai and enjoyed some sushi and the fabulous bulgogi bento box — just look at it. It’s terrific, such a tasty selection. I noticed the tempura shrimp they give on the side is the same they use in the rolls. And why not, it is crispy and delicious, and not just battered, but TEMPURA (the correct stuff).  Again one of the nice things about Kai is the soup AND salad you get with the bento. Great fun!
