  1. make sure you switch knees and drive the first knee down
  2. make sure the leg is on your shoulder
  3. pull your hand out and assist in the stack by lifting your opponent’s butt
  4. don’t stop til your opponent is flushed
  5. don’t forget to grab thumb in collar and lay your forearm on the neck
